What is surveillance?


The surveillance package includes:

  • Software from the server manufacturer – because they know the hardware
  • Software from Centex – because we know your company
  • Software from Microsoft – because they know the operating system

 

If an error occurs or there is an indication that an error is about to occur, a Centex’ employee and likely an employee from the company will be notified via SMS and email.

 

Centex surveillance can e.g. monitor

  • If contact to the email server is lost
  • If the server temperature exceeds the threshold
  • If CPU load is increasing
  • If the hard disk on the server is running out of disk space

 

Benefits using Centex Surveillance

  • Avoid interruptions during working hours
  • Receive selected alerts via SMS/email
  • Solve minor problems before they become major problems

 

Alarm and emergency response
When purchasing Centex Surveillance, the requested service level is agreed upon in writing
Generally, remote support is available between 7am and 9pm.
